Dr. Kuwajima is a board-certified gastroenterologist who provides comprehensive care for gastrointestinal and liver diseases, with a particular interest in esophageal motility disorders, quality measures in endoscopy and women-related issues in gastroenterology.
Dr. Kuwajima spent much of her career in at the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO. There she focused on patient-centered inpatient consultation services and advancing the highest quality delivery of digestive health care. During her tenure at MU, she assumed multiple leadership positions, including directorship of the GI fellowship program.
She moved to Florida with her loving husband and four children to be closer to family and enjoy the state’s beautiful landscape.
Dr. Kuwajima looks forward to providing care for patients in Rockledge and the surrounding communities.

Dr. Aguilo-Seara is of Spanish decent and was born and raised in Ponce, PR. He is a graduate of Mount Sinai School of Medicine and did his Internal Medicine training at The George Washington Medical Center. He subspecialized in gastroenterology at Lutheran General Hospital, a University of Chicago affiliate, and has practiced in Brevard County since 1998. Dr. Seara is committed to treating each patient with knowledgeable, courteous, and timely care related to the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. Dr. Seara has performed over 20,000 colonoscopies for colon cancer surveillance and the treatment of abnormalities of the colon. He sees hundreds of patients every year for gastric esophageal reflux disease (GERD) and the prevention of esophageal cancer. He has professional relationships with specialists at several university hospitals, should your treatment require referral to a larger care center.
In his free time, Dr. Seara enjoys martial arts, sports and spending time with his wife and three adult children.
